This weekend we welcome the summer with a tip for you who are worried about the dreaded cavities. 

 

It's time to enjoy. And with so much heat, the most appetising thing is an ice-cream. The bad thing is the sugar, which damages the enamel. 🦷

 

The good news is that there are healthier alternatives. Make ice cream from natural fruit. 🍌

  1. 🍓 Freeze fruit. 
  2. You blend it with milk, juice or water using the most powerful blender you have at home. 
  3. If you don't have such a powerful one, mash first and churn the mixture every hour in the freezer until you get a creamy ice cream. 🍦

 

You don't have to do without them if you remember to brush your teeth after eating them. 

 

So, let's enjoy the summer, the relaxed schedules and accompany them with a treat from time to time. 😋
