Little by little: first incorporate the routines that cannot be postponed, such as going to class, and leave other things for the end of the week, such as resuming daily study.
🔺 Reward effort: a treat to compensate for effort is always an incentive.
Peace of mind: less sleep means more nervousness as fatigue builds up. Breathe and be flexible for the first few days.
The beginning of the year is a good time to review your diary and check what medical check-ups you have this first trimester. 📅
