It is logical that toothpaste brands want to showcase their product in their TV commercials. And they do so by pouring toothpaste on the toothbrushes and covering all the bristles. 😬

In your case, the more you see the better, right? That's what they're paying for advertising for after all. 🙈

But our advice as specialists is not to do the same. Especially not in the case of children.

So how much toothpaste to use? 🤔

Everyone who has been to our centre already knows about it because we told them about it while we were playing. That way they don't forget it.

The reality is that the cleaning is done by the bristles of the toothbrush. And there is no need to get your mouth full of foam. 🦷

Fluoride toothpaste helps prevent cavities. So don't stop using it.

For the smallest, the size of a grain of rice is sufficient.

As they grow, they have more than enough of the size of a lentil.

And for those who are almost grown up, the size of a pea.

Very easy to remember.

Tell us, do you already do it this way at home?
