Our priority is that our patients' mouths are healthy and look beautiful. So, as dentists we would like to give you many more tips. 👨⚕️

 

But if we had to choose only 3, these would be them:

 

1️⃣ Brushing teeth when getting up, before going to bed and after eating.

 

2️⃣ Eat healthy by avoiding processed foods and foods with excess sugars.

 

3️⃣ Regular visits to the dentist.
