The interesting thing about this project is not only what will be achieved with all the women who visit it. The construction itself has given work to local people. and training, and how? Well, because young people were taken to the construction site and taught how to put up a wall, how to make tiles and other construction techniques. The objective? To get construction work in Senegal and make progress in improving the area.

Another project that continues is "Train to Stay". On this occasion, the NGO provided 20 students with scholarships, enabling them financially to study in Senegal, learn and bring change to their homeland. The Minister of Employment and Vocational Training Mr. Dame Diop visited Formation Senegal to meet the scholarship holders in person. Finally, in Thies, Formation Senegal has a project in which they train in sewing. Last summer they took two young women in vulnerable situations and, at present, are already producing their own clothes.

Thank you very much to all of you for continuing to choose us. We hope that, together, we will continue to collaborate with Formación Senegal for many years to come.
